maintenance
Palazzetti has a dense network of service centres
with specialised, trained and skilled technicians.
The headquarters and our sales network is at your
disposal to direct you to the nearest authorised
service centre.
1.10 Spare Parts
Use only genuine spare parts.
Do not wait until the components are worn by
use before proceeding replacing them.
Replacing a worn component before it breaks
help prevent injury due accidents occurring
when components break unexpectedly which
may cause serious harm to persons and property.
1.11 Serial identification plate
The serial plate (A) is located under the cover pro-
file of the ecomonoblocco (accessible by loosen-
ing the three screws and lifting the profile) (Fig.
1) and shows all the characteristic data relating
to the appliance, including the manufacturer's
data, the serial number and the brand
The Serial number must always be indicated for
any type of request regarding the appliance.

1.12 Delivery of the appliance
The appliance is delivered perfectly packaged
and fixed to a wooden platform which allows
handling it using fork lift trucks and/or other
means.
The following material accompanies
the appliance:
• manual for use, installation and main-
tenance;
• bar code label;
• protective glove;
• remote control panel;
• cold handle.
