Assembling the VT-SWA-LIN-...-G15 swivel angle sensor
▶ Tighten the sensor to 25 +
▶ Tighten the sensor cable on the pilot control valve to 0.6 ±6% Nm.
▶ Calibrate the swivel angle offset and factor according to chapter 8.1.8
"Calibrating the HS5E(V)(L) control system" on page 80.
By quoting the Mat. No. of the pump, you can get seal kits that are either matched
to specific individual components or are a complete package.
The HS5E pilot control valve is a component that is sensitive to contamination.
When replacing it, make sure that no contaminants enter fluid-carrying parts of the
valve and the pump.
Before replacing the new control valve, Bosch Rexroth recommends saving the
parameters of the valve to be replaced and to transfer the data to the
replacement valve. See also chapter 8.1.9 "Saving parameters" on page 82
With replacement valves, no matching data for the current control system is
stored.
Load basic parameters
When the Load basic parameters command is executed, the current data that
matches the control system is lost.
Before doing this, back up the parameters as described in chapter 8.1.9 "Saving
parameters" on page 82.
To exchange the HS5E pilot control valve, loosen the 4 mounting screws of the
HS5E pilot control valve. Lift off the HS5E pilot control valve and check and clean
the sealing surface. Check the HS5E pilot control valve for correct seat of the
O-rings and attach the HS5E pilot control valve onto the sealing surface correctly
positioned and carefully. Insert the mounting bolts and tighten the mounting bolts
to a tightening torque of 9 ±1.8 Nm. The exchanged HS5E pilot control valve must
be adjusted according to the HS5E(V)(L) control system:
▶ Carry out the parameterization of the HS5E pilot control valve according
to the description in chapter 8.1.5 "Making the basic setting on the control
electronics" on page 68.
▶ Carry out calibration according to the description in chapter 8.1.8 "Calibrating
the HS5E(V)(L) control system" on page 80.
