6-15-1-1 Disassembling
Remove Cotter from Cylinder head complete using 1R005 and 1R389, and remove two Retainers, Compression springs 11,
Intake valve and Exhaust valve.
Note: If Cotter is fixed
Note: Do not disassemble
Rocker arm. Rocker arm
should be replaced as a
Cylinder head complete.
6-15-1-2 Assembling
[1] Apply 4-stroke engine oil to the rod portion of Intake valve and Exhaust valve, and assemble them to Valve guides of
Cylinder head complete.
[2] Assemble Compression spring 11 and Retainers to Valve guides of Cylinder head complete, and press down Retainers with
1R005 and 1R389, and then fix them with Cotters.

firmly, apply spray
lubricant to it. And set
an offset wrench to it,
then tap it to remove.
