Removing Flywheel complete
WARNING!!
Before starting removal procedure, be sure to remove Plug cap from Spark plug to prevent accidental engine start.

[1] Remove M10 Flange nut by turning it counterclockwise
with an impact driver equipped with a hex socket bit 14.

Mounting Flywheel complete
[1] Remove grease from Crank shaft assembly.
[2] After aligning the key slot of Flywheel complete with
Woodruff key in the keyway of Crank shaft assembly,
mount Flywheel complete onto Crank shaft assembly.
[3] Mount M10 Flange nut onto Crank shaft assembly by
turning it clockwise by hand.
[4] Insert 1R372 into the threaded hole for Spark plug to
lock the rotation of Crank shaft assembly, then tighten
M10 Hex nut to 35 to 40N·m with a 14mm socket bit
and 1R223.

[2] Mount Flywheel puller (1R364) on Flywheel complete
by fastening two M6 bolts of 1R364 to Flywheel
complete. Then remove Flywheel complete by turning
the center bolt of 1R364 clockwise.
Note: Tighten two M6 bolts evenly.
