are a constituent of this product. They contain important information with regard

This device is only intended for the reception of VHF radio programmes, for playing
media from iPods, iPhones and iPads and as an alarm using an alarm tone or
radio in indoor rooms. The device is intended for freestanding installation. The
device is not intended for any other use or for uses extending beyond those stated.
This device is not intended for use in commercial or industrial environments.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage caused by failure to ob-
serve these instructions, improper use, incompetent repairs, making unauthorised
modifi cations or for using unapproved replacement parts. The operator alone
bears liability.
The following Apple devices (with Apple® 30-pin interface) are compatible:
■ iPod Touch (4th generation)
■ iPod Nano (6th generation)
■ iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S
■ iPad (1st and 2nd generation) and the new iPad (3rd generation)
NOTE
► Apple devices with a Lightning connector, e.g. the iPhone 5, must use a
"Lightning to 30-pin Adapter". Exceptions to this are all iPads with a Light-
ning connector, because the stability of these devices is not given and the
iPort / Apple® 30-pin interface on the device could be damaged.
