Meaning / Cause
The developing unit is
not yet initialized.
Errors P24& P29
occur at the same
time.
Developer unit life is
nearly over.
If toner runs out, code
[P29] starts blinking
and copying stops.
The upper unit is
open.
Remedy
Initialize developing
unit immediately.
Replace the devel-
oping/drum unit
soon.
Replace the devel-
oping unit soon.
Replace the devel-
oping unit, then
initialize the new
developing unit.
Close the upper unit
securely.
