1.1 USING THE BASE
1. Wrap the support belt tightly around the waist, fastening
it with the velcro A3 (Fig. 1) and fasten the buckle A1 (Fig.
1A) adjusting its fit with the appropriate strap A2 (Fig. 1B).
It is possible to wind the strap in excess around itself and
securing it with the relevant elastic band (Fig. 1C).
WARNING: Never leave the child unattended
2. The rigid base can be used as a support to hold your child
in your arms:
- From birth in nursing position (Fig. 2)
- Starting from 3 months in a parent facing (Fig. 2A) or for-
ward facing (Fig. 2B) seated position or laterally on the hip
(right or left) (Fig.2C)
2. BABY CARRIER
The baby carrier can be used to carry your child from birth
up to 9 kg in weight, in the parent facing position.
WARNINGS
• WARNING: Ensure that the person using the baby carrier
knows how to use it safely. Do not allow anyone to use the
product if you have not read and understood all warnings
and instructions.
• Make sure that all users have the necessary physical ability
to use this product.
• WARNING: Failures in reading these instructions may
cause risks to your child's safety.
• WARNING: Take care when bending or leaning forward
or sideways.
• WARNING: This carrier is not suitable for use during sport-
ing activities.
• WARNING: Your balance may be adversely affected by
your movement and that of your child.
• WARNING: Always fit the baby carrier onto your shoul-
ders before placing the child within.
• WARNING: When using the baby carrier never release the
waist strap before removing the child.
• WARNING: • Take care when using the baby carrier in the
domestic environment (e.g. sources of heat or while han-
dling hot beverages).
• WARNING: Check on your child when using the baby
carrier.
• WARNING: Range of use: from birth to 9 kg.
• After having placed the child within the baby carrier,
check carefully that the width adjusters around the child's
waist and legs are set to the correct position. If needed,
adjust them until they are tensioned correctly.
• For infants and underweight children with medical pre-
scriptions, seek the advice of a doctor before using this
product.
• WARNING: Never leave the child unattended inside the
baby carrier when you are not wearing it.
• Use the baby carrier only when standing or walking.
• Keep in mind that the child transported in the baby car-
rier will react to any climatic changes before the person
carrying the child.
• Before use, check that the straps are fitted and adjusted cor-
rectly, and that the buckles are safely fastened into position.
• To prevent risk of falling, ensure that your child is securely
positioned in the harness.
• Do not place more than one child at a time in the baby
carrier.
• Always ensure that your children have sufficient space
around their face so they can breathe properly.
• Make sure that the child's chin does not rest on his or her
chest because it may limit breathing and cause choking.
• Do not use the baby carrier if any parts are damaged, torn
or missing..
• Do not fit to the baby carrier any accessories, spare parts
or components not supplied or approved by the manu-
facturer.
• This baby carrier must only be used by an adult.
• Do not use the baby carrier to transport the child in the car.
• Do not use the baby carrier while driving or on a motorcycle.
• Do not use the baby carrier while cooking or cleaning to
avoid exposure to sources of heat or chemicals.
• IT IS advisable to sit down, to place the baby into the baby
carrier and to remove the baby from the baby carrier.
2.1 USING THE BABY CARRIER
3. Fasten the belly belt J with the relevant buckle K and
adjust its length by acting on the strap (Fig. 3) so that it
adheres well to the waist.
WARNING: Fasten the buckle by passing it inside the elas-
tic band (Fig. 3A).
2.2 PARENT FACING TRANSPORT
4. Fasten both straps by acting on the buckles M (Fig. 4).
5. The breastbone/scapular buckle is equipped with a
height adjustment system O: to adjust it, slide it along the
respective straps to adapt it to the parent's body (Fig. 5).
It is advisable to do this before accommodating the child.
WARNING: We recommend carrying out placing the child
into the baby carrier when seated or using a flat, level sur-
face so that you are able to control any sudden movements
of the child.
WARNING: Hold your child safely while carrying out this
operation.
WARNING: Before fitting the child in the baby carrier, make
sure that you have completed the previous steps correctly.
6. Place the child on the seat and secure the padded seat H
with the relevant buckles I (Fig. 6), adjusting them in the
position best suited to the child's body so that they are
never too loose or too tight (Fig. 6A).
7. Put on the baby carrier starting from the shoulder straps
B2 (Fig. 7), then fasten and adjust the breastbone/scap-
ular buckle N (Fig. 7A) and complete putting the baby
carrier on by adjusting the shoulder straps (Fig. 7B).
WARNING: Make sure that the child's legs are astride the
seat and inserted inside the padded saddle.
WARNING: it is a good idea to sit down to remove your
child from the baby carrier.
3. HIP SEAT (BABY CARRIER + RIGID BASE)
The baby carrier in "Hip Seat" configuration is perfect for carry-
ing children from 3 months parent facing and from 6 months
on the back and front facing until the child weighs 15 kg.
The rigid base ensures the child's correct "sitting" position
and unloads the weight from the parent's shoulders, mak-
ing baby wearing even more comfortable when the child
becomes heavier.
