Attach panels [10], [11] and [13] as shown using 4x screws (F). Tighten
with a screwdriver.

Attach slide rail (G) and slide rail (H) to the underside of the side panels [10]
and [11] as shown. Secure with 4x screws (E) and tighten with a screwdriver.
