DESCRIPTION
The transmission is unable to shift itself automatically, due to a fault
AUTOMATIC MODE NOT AVAILABLE
condition. Use the AutoStick mode to shift the transmission manually.
See an authorized dealer for diagnosis and service.
The transmission driving clutch is overheating, usually due to repeated
TRANS. HOT – PULL OVER SPEED UP OR REDUCE SHIFTING
launches in stop-and-go traffic. Pull over and allow the transmission to
cool in NEUTRAL until "TRANS. COLD – READY TO DRIVE" is displayed.
The transmission driving clutch has overheated. Pull over, shift the
TRANS. HOT STOP SAFELY SHIFT TO P
transmission into PARK, and allow the vehicle to cool until "TRANS. COLD
– READY TO DRIVE" is displayed.
TRANS. COLD – READY TO DRIVE
The transmission has recovered from the clutch overheating.
A transmission fault has been detected. See an authorized dealer for
SERVICE TRANSMISSION
diagnosis and service.
A gear selector fault has been detected. See an authorized dealer for
