(16) Check valve assembly
Procedure
1) Remove the check valve cover.
Remove the 2 mounting screws and the check
valve cover. The body cover comes out
together. Please take care not missing it.
2) Remove the check valve assembly.
Remove the check valve assembly by pulling it
toward the operator.
3) Confirm that the O-ring is mounted onto the
check valve assembly.
When the O-ring comes out or is left on the filter
regulator, mount the O-ring to the check valve
assembly correctly.
4) Assemble the check valve cover.
Assemble the check valve cover to the product
with the mounting screws and tighten the
screws referring to the tightening torque
specified in the right column.
