The option "P-ATM" appears only if the c-DGM
is set to the oxygen units % or %a.s. In this
case the set atmospheric pressure is taken into
account while displaying the oxygen value.
8. Open the handle and the throttle valve to avoid
pressure build-up in the c-DGM. Connect a zero-point
gas that contains no O

DGM for at least 5 minutes until the current oxygen
value no longer changes (O
button to calibrate the zero point.
The values measured during several seconds will be
checked for stability of the oxygen signal. If the signal
from the oxygen sensor is not stable the following
error message will appear: "O
unstable".
In this case, the zero point must be recalibrated. The parameter "O
automatically selected.
9. Only for WLO sensor
Select "RH-ACT", press "Enter" button and the
parameter behind "RH-ACT" will be highlighted. Read
the relative humidity of the calibration gas on the
meter (only if humid gas is used for the calibration of
the high calibration point).
Now set the actual relative humidity during the
oxygen calibration. You can accept the value with the
"Enter" button and change the value with the Up and Down arrow buttons.
When all the values have been set, press the "Enter" button: the value is now accepted
and the parameter "O2 HIGH" is automatically selected.
The option "RH-ACT" will only appear if the c-DGM is set to the oxygen units %
or %a.s. In this case the currently displayed oxygen content is compensated for
the actual relative humidity set.
10. Now connect a calibration gas with a known oxygen content to the inlet of the c-DGM.
For the LHO sensor this can be CO
the WLO sensor dry pressurized air can be used. Fresh air can be used as calibration
gas and contains 20,95 % oxygen.
Let the gas slowly (max. 30 l/h) flow through the c-DGM for at least 5 minutes until the
current oxygen value no longer changes (O
far enough to prevent the build-up of extra pressure. Use the arrow buttons to set the
oxygen value of the calibration gas; use the "Enter" button to move to the next digit.
After the last digit, press the "Enter" button to calibrate the high calibration point. "Store
Calibration" is selected automatically.
The values measured during several seconds will be checked for stability of the oxygen
signal. If the signal from the oxygen sensor is not stable the following error message will
appear: "O
sensor values unstable"
