KNEADING
WARNING! Prior to fitting the attachments, make sure the appliance switch (3) is in the OFF position and that the feed
cord is disconnected from the socket.
1. Make sure the safety lid (1) is correctly fitted.
2. Fit the working bowl (13) on the motor part (5).
3. Insert the kneading blade (23) in the working bowl and fit it on the drive centre shaft (6).
4. Put ingredients in the bowl.
5. Fit the working bowl lid (20) and turn it a little until it clicks into place.
6. Connect the feed cord into the socket.
7. Switch the motor on and set the required speed (the MAX speed is recommended).
8. When you finish cutting , set the switch in the OFF position and disconnect the cord from the socket.
9. Open the lid and empty the working bowl.
10. Wash the attachments and let them dry properly.
• The maximum quantity for dough is about 600 g of flour and 400 l of water, i.e. about 1 kg of mixture.
• Do not keep the motor running longer than 20 seconds. Wait at least 2 minutes before further kneading.
• Leave the pusher (21) inserted in the bowl lid to provide better safety.
WHIPPING
WARNING! Prior to fitting the attachments, make sure the appliance switch (3) is in the OFF position and that the feed
cord is disconnected from the socket.
1. Make sure the safety lid (1) is correctly fitted.

3. Insert the plastic whipping extension (11) in the working bowl and fit it on the drive centre shaft (6).
4. Put ingredients in the bowl.
5. Fit the working bowl lid (20) and turn it a little until it clicks into place.
6. Connect the feed cord into the socket.
7. Switch the motor on and set the required speed (the MAX speed is recommended).
8. When you finish whipping, set the switch in the OFF position and disconnect the cord from the socket.
9. Open the lid and empty the working bowl.
10. Wash the attachments and let them dry properly.
• Leave the pusher (21) inserted in the bowl lid to provide better safety.
• Never use the plastic whipping extension to knead dough!
