5 Installation

5.1 Mechanical connection

There is a suspension to connect the hydraulic installation clamp mechanically to the lifting device/support
frame.
The 2 point suspension is equipped with a spring for
vibration damping.

5.2 Hydraulical connection

Two separate hydraulic circuit are required to
connect the HVZ-uni to the equipment used to
operate the HVZ-uni (excavator, wheelloader,eg).

The connections are related to the following functions:

● OPEN and CLOSE main gripping direction
● OPEN and CLOSE side gripping direction
The hydraulic tubes are connected to the valve block.
The max. pressure for both hydraulic circuits is 200
bar.
