To retrieve a parked call
from any extension

Call Pickup

Lets you answer a call at your voice terminal for another extension in your pickup
group. Use when you wish to handle a call for a group member who is absent or
otherwise unable to answer.
Note: You can only use this feature if your system manager has assigned you and
the person who was called to the same pickup group.
To answer a call placed to
a member of your pickup
group when your voice
terminal is idle
To pick up a call while you
are active on another call

Go off-hook or select a call appearance button

Dial the Answer Back access code __________

Dial the extension number where the call is parked
Note: If you receive intercept tone, the parked call
has been disconnected or retrieved by someone else.

You are connected to the ringing call

The present call is put on hold
The green light flashes

Call Pickup
The called voice terminal stops ringing
You are connected to the incoming call
Note: To return to the held call after completing
the pickup call, press the call appearance button
with the flashing light.
