Kontrollierte Beatmung IPPV
1 Betriebsartenschalter auf IPPV.
0 Alle anderen Drehknöpfe zunächst
auf grünen Punkt = Voreinstellung
Das Gerät arbeitet nun mit den Para-
metern:

Wenn eine hohe Beatmungsfrequenz
appliziert wird:

Beatmung mit
Drucklimitierung
z.B.
bei undichtem Tubus
Atemwegsdruck limitieren:
2 Drehknopf .,P;," nach Druckmes-
seranzeige einstellen, beginnend
mit kleinen Werten.
3 Drehknopf ,,Flow" so einstellen,
daß sich ein inspiratorisches
Druckplateau einstellt.

Limitation

Limiting Airway Pressure:
2 Adjust "Pi." knob according to
pressure display, starting with
lower value.
3 Adjust "flow" knob to inspiratory
pressure plateau.
Bei diesem Beatmungsmuster verhindert die Einstellung ,,P,.'
schädigende Drücke, z.B. wenn die Compliance kleiner wird;
der Flow kompensiert konstante Leckagen.
This Ventilation pattern prevents excess pressure at "P;,"
adjustment, e.g. when campliance is reduced; the flow com-
pensates for constant leakage.
