ANOMALY
The burner goes to shut down
spraying liquid fuel but without flame
presence. (Red light on).
The burner goes into "lock-out", gas
flows, but there is no flame (red light
on).
Noisy burner pump.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1
Pump pressure is not regular.
2
Water in the fuel.
3
Too much combustion air.
4
Air passage between deflector disk
and diffuser excessively closed.
5
Nozzle worn out or dirty.

Air - gas ratio incorrect.
2
Gas pipe has not been properly bled
of air at the first ignition.
3
The gas pressure is insufficient or
excessive.
4
Air passage between deflector disk
and diffuser too closed.

Pipe diameter too small.
2
Air infiltration in the pipes.
3
Dirty fuel filter.
4
Excessive distance and/or
difference in level between the
tank and the burner or numerous
accidental leakages (elbows, curves,
bottlenecks, etc.)
5
Deteriorated flexible pipes.

REMEDY
1
Adjust.

Drain water from the tank using a
suitable pump. Never use the burner
pump for this purpose.

Reduce combustion air.

Correct the position of the combustion
head adjusting device.

Clean or replace.

Correct the air - gas ratio.

Bleed the gas pipe again, with due
caution.
3
Check the maximum gas pressure
value at the time of ignition (use a water
pressure gauge, if possible).

Adjust the deflector disk - diffuser.

Replace it according to the instructions.
2
Check and eliminate infiltrations.
3
Remove and wash.
4
Adjust the length of the suction pipe to
reduce the distance.
5
Replace.
