NOTICE:
Prior to first use, be sure to tighten the seat clamp via the seat adjustment bolt properly. A loose
seat clamp or seatpost adjustment bolt can cause bike/property damage, loss of control, a fall, seri-
ous injury or death. Periodically check to make sure that the seat clamp is
properly tightened.
Asting the Suspension Fork
1. Setting the airpressure and "SAG"
The "SAG" (negative spring stroke) is the compression that is caused solely by the body weight and
the position of the rider. The "SAG" should be between 15% and 30% of the fork's max travel de-
pending on the intended use and preferences.

Unscrew the valve cap (2) Screw a fork / shock pump onto the valve.

Pump the suspension fork up to the desired pressure. Never exceed the recommended maximum air pressure. Note the table below. Sit
on the bicycle in normal riding position and check the "SAG". Add orelease air as needed. In order to properly assess the "SAG", use in -
stalled O-Ring or attach a cable zip tie to the fork stanchion. You can lean against a wall in order to sit still on the bicycle, in order to mea -
sure the "SAG".
2. The lockout lever (1) located on top of the right side of the suspension fork, can be turned counterclockwise until it stops to completely -
ock out the suspension fork's motion. To unlock the lockout lever, turn the knob clockwise until it stops.
