Failure Cause
The gear is loose or the
belt is loose
High temperature or slicing
problem
The temperature is too low or
the feed is not smooth
The printing filament do not
match the set temperature and
the heating bed platform is not
adjusted properly
Computer system configuration
problems
Check whether the Z axis limit
switch is loose, or H shape heating
bed support screws are loose ,or the
heating bed four corner screws are
loose.

Solution
Tighten the jackscrewon the gearwheel or
tighten the belt
Check whether the thermistor next to the
heating block slides out of the air, the
extrusion head temperature is set too
high, the pullback speed is too small,
and the distance is too small
Raise the temperature of extruder or check
gear , check whether U shaped bearing are
normal and filament are tied and pulled. If
the above methods cannot be solved, it is
recommended to replace the nozzle
Filament should match with the
corresponding temperature to adjust the
heating bed level
Reinstall the system
Check whether the screws are loose in
turn, readjust and tighten the nut
support heights on the left and right
sides of the Z axis to the same height
