5.4.14 Adjusting the spindle bearing

Vertical spindle

Remove the top cover and unscrew drawbar, remove.

Loosen the stud screws on the bearing nut.

Slightly adjust the play in the bearing with the bearing nut.

Horizontal spindle

Remove the top cover.

Remove the transmission of the upper drive shaft.

Loosen the stud screws on the bearing nut.

Slightly adjust the play in the bearing with the bearing nut.
