This bit is set to "ON" when the data for revolution number of one revolution or more exceeded the allowable revolution number
and normal data cannot be obtained. This bit status will be kept until clearing signal is entered.
(2)
This bit is set to "ON" when dara error was detected because the data for revolution number of one revolution or more exceeded
the allowable revolution number and normal data cannot be obtained or because of other reasons. This bit will be reset
automatically.
(3)
The S-ABS II Card cannot read these bits.
