Five bits of this register are used for showing error status of each channel as shown
in the following figure. When normal, the corresponding bit is "0" (low), and when an
error occurred, the corresponding bit is set to "1" (high). The most significant bit (bit
15) is always "0" (low).
Based on the conditions of register 6, the Status Display LEDs on the faceplate of
the S-ABS II Card are turned ON or OFF.
