1. Power does not turn on
Power does not turn on.
The condition does not change even after reconnecting the
POWER SUPPLY board to the DIGITAL board.
The condition does not change even after connecting the
new POWER SUPPLY board to the DIGITAL board.
Fuse (F101) does not blow.
The connection cable of the connectors (CN603, CN604)
that is connected from the DISPLAY board to the DIGITAL
board is not removed nor broken.
The power cord is connected (standby), and the voltage
between pin 1 and 2 of the connector (CN100) on the
DIGITAL board is 14 V.
Voltage of STBY+3.3 V at JL2003 on the
POWER SUPPLY board is output.

Check if there is a P_ON signal at the following two points.
There is a sound from the power relay (RY100) on the
DIGITAL board.
Characters are displayed in the OLED display.
The following voltages are L.
DIGITAL board IC601: pin 14 (AC STOP)
DIGITAL board IC601: pin 49 (INIT (RESET))
The power can be turned on.
There are no problems with the parts around the switch
(S4002) on the DISPLAY board.
The power can be turned on.
