1. When power is not turned on
START
Check that the fuse (F120) on
Press the [?/1]
NG
the PRIMARY board is
button, [?/1] LED
correctly inserted, or check
is lighting green.
the fuse is not damaged.
OK
Check that voltage of the
following is about 12 V.
PRIMARY board: TP130 or
CN130 pin 6 (UNREG_STBY)
Check that voltage of the
following is about 5 V.
DCDC board: CL170 or
CN150 pin 3 (STBY+5V)
Check that voltage of the
following is about 3.3 V.
DCDC board: CL156 or
CN153 pin 4 (STB+3.3V)
Check that voltage of the
following is "H".
DIGITAL board: CN305
pin 12 (POWER_LED)
FRONT-L board: CN401
pin 13 (POWER_LED)
Check the following parts and
the surrounding circuit, and
exchange the defective parts
or board.
FRONT-L board: D412

TROUBLESHOOTING

Reinsert the fuse (F120) on the
NG
PRIMARY board.
Exchange the fuse (F120) on
the PRIMARY board.
OK
Check that voltage of the
NG
following is "H".
PRIMARY board: TP131 or
CN130 pin 5 (PW-RY)
OK
Check the T100 (sub power
transformer), RY100 on the
PRIMARY board, or exchange
the PRIMARY board.
Check that between the
NG
STBY+5V line and the ground
does not short circuit.
OK
Check the following parts and
the surrounding circuit, and
exchange the defective parts
or board.
DCDC board: IC150
Check that between the
NG
STB+3.3V line and the ground
does not short circuit.
OK
Check the following parts and
the surrounding circuit, and
exchange the defective parts
or board.
DCDC board: IC153
Check that the harness is
NG
correctly inserted in CN305 on
the DIGITAL board and CN401
on the FRONT-L board.
OK
Repair the harness.
Check that the two harnesses
NG
are correctly inserted in CN153
on the DCDC board and
CN306 on the DIGITAL board,
CN150 on the DCDC board
OK
and CN130 on the PRIMARY
board.
Check the following parts and
the surrounding circuit, and
exchange the defective parts
or board.
DIGITAL board: IC306
NG
Exchange the DCDC board.
OK
Exchange the DCDC board.
NG
And exchange in order of the
DIGITAL, FRONT-L, FRONT-R
boards.
OK
Check the following parts and
OK
the surrounding circuit, and
exchange the defective parts
or DIGITAL board.
DIGITAL board: IC306
