5.3.6. LOCK / UNLOCK THE FRONT WHEELS DIRECTION
To lock the rotation of the front wheels, turn the 2 pins in
front of each wheel to the horizontal.
In this position, the front wheels stay straight and the
mower moves only in a straight line. A deliberate change
of direction to the right or to the left nevertheless releas-
es the wheels, which are then free to turn.
When the front wheels are back in a straight aligned po-
sition, they lock again in the straight ahead direction.
To lock the rotation of the front wheels, turn the 2 pins in
front of each wheel to the vertical.
In this position, the front wheels are free and the mower
can be turned in any direction without constraints.
5.3.7. ENABLE/DISABLE THE PARKING BRAKE/TRANSPORT BRAKE
To make the lawn mower secure on sloping or tilted ground, remember to apply the parking brake when at a stop
and the cutting blades are not turning. When the parking break is enabled, the cutter deck housing comes into
contact with the rear wheels and acts as a brake. The mower can therefore neither move forwards nor reverse and
cannot be pushed.
Activating the parking brake
• Regardless of the cutting height set, press and hold
on the '-' (22) button. The cutter deck housing lowers
until it blocks the wheels. The letter 'P' flashes on the
display
Deactivating the parking brake
• Press and hold the '+' (24) button, the cutting deck re-
turns to the set cutting height. The display then indi-
cates the cutting height.
