Timer setting

Function and operation
● Starting up timer......after setting time, starting
●
Shutting down timer...... after setting time, shutting down
Starting up timer and shutdown timer could not be used combinedly.
●
Under halted state and without starting up timer
setting, press funtion button for 3 secs.,

ON, clock and timer 7 code display flickering.
