Montage- und Betriebsanleitung für
2-Finger-Parallelgreifer Type PFH
10. Reinigen Sie alle Teile gründlich und kontrollieren Sie alle
Teile auf Defekt und Verschleiß.
11. Erneuern Sie alle Dichtungen gemäß Dichtsatzliste (siehe
Kapitel 11.1).
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Beachten Sie dabei das Kapitel 8, »Wartung und Pflege« und die
Schraubenanzugsmomente am Ende dieses Kapitels.
9.2 Version mit Greifkraftsicherung
»Außensichern«
(Ident.-Nr. 302 031, 302 041 und 302 051):
(Pos.-Nr. siehe Kapitel 10 »Zusammenbau«)
1. Entfernen Sie die Druckleitungen.
2. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 29) heraus. Ziehen Sie dann
die Führungsleisten (Pos. 3) mitsamt den Zylinderstiften
(Pos. 44) ab.
3. Entfernen Sie die Zylinderstifte (Pos. 44), die Schrauben
(Pos.35) und die Abstreifer (Pos. 13) aus der Führungsleiste
(Pos. 3).
4. Drehen Sie die Gewindestifte (Pos. 38) zurück und entneh-
men Sie die Abdeckbänder (Pos. 42).
ACHTUNG!
Bei der Version für »Außensichern« stehen die Ab-
deckplatten (Pos. 8) unter Federspannung (F 210 N).
5. Entfernen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 32) bis auf die 4 Stück in
den Ecken der Abdeckplatten (Pos. 8). Spannen Sie den
Greifer zwischen den Abdeckplatten so in den Schraubstock
ein, daß Sie die restlichen Schrauben (Pos. 32) noch entfer-
nen können. Entspannen Sie danach die Federn vorsichtig.
6. Entfernen Sie die Federn (Pos. 43).
7. Entfernen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 31) und nehmen Sie die
Kolben (Pos. 4) aus dem Gehäuse (Pos. 1).
8. Nach dem Entfernen der Schrauben (Pos. 46) nehmen Sie
die Mitnehmer (Pos. 7), die Kolbenstangen (Pos. 5) und die
Baugruppen bestehend aus Zahnstange (Pos. 2), Zwischen-
stück (Pos. 12) und Andrückleiste (Pos. 18) aus dem Ge-
häuse (Pos. 1).
9. Mit Hilfe eines Schraubenziehers oder einem ähnlichen
Hilfsmittel die Typenschilder entfernen.
10. Drehen Sie die Gewindestifte (Pos. 39) 3 mm zurück und
nehmen Sie die Buchsen (Pos. 6) aus dem Gehäuse
(Pos. 1).
11. Reinigen Sie alle Teile gründlich und kontrollieren Sie alle
Teile auf Defekt und Verschleiß.
12. Erneuern Sie alle Dichtungen gemäß Dichtsatzliste (siehe
Kapitel 11.1).
Der Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Beachten Sie dabei das Kapitel 8, »Wartung und Pflege« und die
Schraubenanzugsmomente am Ende dieses Kapitels.
9.3 Version mit Greifkraftsicherung
»Innensichern«
(Ident.-Nr. 302 042 und 302 052):
(Pos.-Nr. siehe Kapitel 10 »Zusammenbau«)
1. Entfernen Sie die Druckleitungen.
2. Drehen Sie die Schrauben (Pos. 29) heraus. Ziehen Sie dann
die Führungsleisten (Pos. 3) mitsamt den Zylinderstiften
(Pos. 44) ab.
3. Entfernen Sie die Zylinderstifte (Pos. 44), die Schrauben
(Pos.35) und die Abstreifer (Pos. 13) aus der Führungsleiste
(Pos. 3).

10. Thoroughly clean all components and inspect the on possi-
ble defects or wear.
11. Exchange all sealings as per seal kit list (see chapter 11.1).
Assembly is done in reverse order.
Please consider chapter 8, "Maintenance and Care" during
assembly and the tightening torques at the end of this chapter.
9.2 Version with Gripping Force Safety
Device "Securing from the Outside"
(Id.-Nos. 302 031, 302 041 and 302 051):
(items see chapter 10 "Assembly")
1. Remove all air feedings.
2. Unscrew the screws (item 29). Draw off the guiding strip (item
3) together with the cyl. pins (item 44) now.
3. Remove the cyl. pins (item 44), the screws (item 35) and the
strip (item 13) out of the guiding strip (item 3).
4. Turn the set-screws (item 38) back and remove the cover
strips (item 42).
CAUTION!
In case of version for "Outside securing" the
cover plates (item 8) are spring-tensioned (F 210 N).
5. Remove the screws (item 32) except for the 4 pieces at the
edges of the cover plates (item 8). Clamp the gripper bet-
ween the cover plates, in a way onto the vice, so that the
remaining screws (item 32) can be also removed. Next,
carefully unclamp the springs.
6. Remove the springs (item 43).
7. Remove the screws (item 31) and take the piston (item 4) out
of the housing (item 1).
8. After removal of the screws (item 46) take out the piston rod
(item 5) and the assembly group consisting of toothed rod
(item 2), intermediate piece (item 12) and the pressure strip
(item 18) from the housing (item 1).
9. Remove the type lable by means of a screw driver or any
similary auxilliary.
10. Turn back the set-screws (item 39) 3 mm back and take out
the bushing (item 6) from the housing (item 1).
11. Thoroughly clean all components and control them all on
dammage and wear-out.
12. Exchange all seals as per seal kit list (see chapter 11.1).
Assembly is done in reverse order.
During assembly, please consider chapter 8, "Maintenance and
Care" and the moments of the tightening torques at the end of this
chapter.
9.3 Version with Gripping Force Safety
Device "Securing from the inside"
(Id.-Nos. 302 042 and 302 052):
(items see chapter 10 "Assembly")
1. Remove all air feedings.
2. Unscrew the screws (item 29). Then, draw off the guiding
strip (item 3) together with the cyl. pins (item 44).
3. Remove the cyl. pins (item 44), the screws (item 35) and the
strip (item 13) from the guiding strip (item 3).
