® Phase 1 - Assembling a Worksurface to the Beam with a Standard 1" Gap NOTE: For worksurfaces that are installed tight to the beam, follow the steps below except hook the tether brackets to the beam before attaching the worksurface to the brackets.

® Move the lower storage unit into the approximate location, the front about 24" from the beam. Hook the tether brackets into the beam’s top cap side channel by angling the worksurface upward in the front until the brackets enter the channel (4a), and then rotating the worksurface back to level, resting on the storage unit (4b).

® Phase 2 - Assembling a Mid-Storage to the Beam CAUTION: Mid-Storage units MUST ALWAYS maintain a 1" MINIMUM GAP to a height adjustable desk. Inventory and stage all mid-storage units, stanchions and brackets. ® TUBE HOLES Place the stanchion on the storage unit, with their tube holes facing inward (5a). Make sure the pencil marks are aligned with the stanchion plate locating notches (5b). Mark all hole locations with a pencil for both stanchions (5c). Remove and drill 1/8" diameter pilot holes through the laminate surface only (hole depth only a 1/4") (5d).

® Determine the location of the end of the storage unit on the beam. Put a pencil line on the beam top cap at 9-1/2" from the end of the mid-storage location, and a second pencil 28-3/4" line at 28-3/4" from the first line. NOTE: Two pair of stanchion brackets are required, with a pair consisting of one bracket with a clearance hole and the other with a tapped hole.

® Phase 3 - Assembling a Verb Bracket to an Ology Desk Position the Verb bracket against the end of the Ology desk, with the mounting flanges centered on the leg. Mark both hole locations with a pencil. WARNING: Remove & drill 1/8" diameter pilot holes into the bottom DO NOT drill of the worksurface (hole depth only a 1/4").

® Phase 4 - Assembling a Screen to the Beam Inventory and stage all screens, decorative covers and screen stanchion brackets. Determine the location of the end of the screen on the beam. Put a pencil line on the beam top cap at 5-1/2" from the end of the screen location, and a second pencil line, per the charted dimension, from the first line.

® Phase 5 - Assembling a Screen to the Ology Desk Inventory and stage all screens and stanchion brackets. Determine if the screen is going to be mounted in the rear or on the side of the Ology desk and install the appropriate stanchions. Install each stanchion into the screen until it bottoms out against the notch on the stanchion.
