Step 3 Connect six power cables between the BCB boxes and the BCB box. The four cables are
shown in the middle of the preceding figure.
Step 4 Connect power cables on the BCB boxes to batteries, as shown in the preceding figure.
Step 5 Check that cables are connected correctly and securely.

3.5 Installing BCB Boxes (Three Battery Strings)

This section describes how to install BCB boxes for a UPS with three battery strings.

3.5.1 Mechanical Installation

Install the BCB boxes in triangle mode. For details, see the wiring diagram for three BCB
boxes connected in parallel.
Only BCB boxes of the same model can be connected in parallel.

3.5.2 Connecting Cables

Step 1 Ground the BCB boxes, as shown in Figure 3-7.
Step 2 Connect power cables on the BCB box to UPS battery input terminals. The following figure
shows the wiring diagram.
