Descaling

Depending on the water hardness level in the place of usage, limescale may be
deposited in the water tank and the heating bowl during the operation of the coffee
machine. In order to maintain the appliance in the best possible condition, and in
order to be certain that every brewing process yields the best results, the appliance
should be descaled regularly.
The appliance is equipped with red malfunction indicator. Depending on the
hardness of the water used, the indicator may be activated after a certain number of
brewing cycles, which indicates that the appliance must be descaled. The
thermostat is activated and thus it stops the operation of the appliance.
NOTE!
To reduce limescale deposits, it is recommended to use filtered water!
