3.4.2

Pre-set programmes (PROGRAM)

1.
Select the pre-set programme mode (PROGRAM) by turning the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) and
confirm your choice with the MODE button.

Choose one of the twelve programmes (P1 - P12) and confirm your choice with the MODE
button.

Use the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) to set a time target value (TIME).

Press the START/STOP button to start your training. By using the rotary knob (UP/DOWN), you
can also adjust the resistance level during your workout.

Press the START/STOP button (during your workout) to pause or end your training. While the
training is paused you can press the RESET button to return to the main menu.

User-defined programme mode (USER)

Select the user programme mode (USER) by turning the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) and confirm
your choice with the MODE button.

Use the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) to set the resistance level and confirm your entry with the
MODE button. Repeat this step until you have reached the desired number of segments. You can
set the resistance for up to 20 segments.
8.
Press and hold the MODE button for 2 seconds when you are done.
9.
Turn the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) to set a time target value (TIME).
10. Press the START/STOP button to start your training. Using the rotary knob (UP/DOWN), you can
also adjust the resistance level during your workout.
11. Press the START/STOP button (during your workout) to pause or end your training. While the
training is paused you can press the RESET button to return to the main menu.
