Heart rate-oriented programme mode (H.R.C.)

Select the heart rate-oriented programme mode (H.R.C.) by turning the rotary knob (UP/DOWN)
and confirm your choice with the MODE button.

Choose one of the heart rate-oriented programmes: H.R.C. 55%, H.R.C. 75%, H.R.C. 90% or H.R.C.
Target (Target heart rate, standard value = 100) and confirm your choice with the MODE button.

Turn the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) to set a time target value (TIME).

Press the START/STOP button (during your workout) to pause or end your training. While the
training is paused you can press the RESET button to return to the main menu.

Watt programme mode (WATT)

Select the watt programme mode ( WATT), using the rotary knob (UP/DOWN) and confirm your
choice with the MODE button.

When you are in the watt programme mode the pre-set value is 120. It lights up on the display.
You can adjust the value with the rotary knob (UP/DOWN).
7.
Press the START/STOP button to start your training.
8.
The system will adjust the watt level according to your step frequency (RPM)
9.
You can adjust the watt level manually during your trainging as well.
10. Press the START/STOP button (during your workout) to pause or end your training. While the
training is paused you can press the RESET button to return to the main menu.
