Installation of hob
1. Use a jigsaw to cut a hole in the worktop
for the hob. It must have the following di-
mensions.
560 to 564
(Measurements in mm)
2. If a hob was already installed, the cut-out
section must be no larger than:
560 up to 574 mm wide
490 up to 492 mm deep.

3. Attach adjustment strips to the left and to
the right of the worktop in order to achieve
the width of 560 mm.
4. Seal the cut surfaces with a special var-
nish, silicone sealant or cast resin to pre-
vent swelling caused by moisture.
Preparing and inserting the hob
NOTICE
Risk of breakage!
Do not place the hob on the glass ce-
ramic edge!
1. Take the hob out of the packaging.
2. Remove all protective films and adhesive
tapes.
3. Turn the hob over and place it with the
glass side down on a soft surface.
4. Stick the supplied plastic strip onto the
lower-lying edge.
5. Carefully place the hob (residual heat in-
dicators at the front) in the middle of the
worktop cut-out.
6. Affix the hob with the enclosed retaining
clamps in order to prevent slipping.
