California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic
Enforcement Act of 1986, was enacted in November 1986 with the aim of protecting
individuals in the state of California and the state's drinking water and environment from
excessive exposure to chemicals known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects or
other reproductive harm.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may
cause undesired operation.
This equipment was tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in
a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction

The device complies with FCC and Industry Canada RF exposure limits set forth
for an uncontrolled environment. For body worn operation, the instruments meet
the FCC RF exposure limits when used with an accessory that contains no metal
and that positions the instrument a minimum of 0cm from the body.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other
antenna or transmitter.
