GENERAL STATEMENT AFFECTING ALL SCHULTE WARRANTY
Schulte Industries Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser only, that in the event of any defect in material or
workmanship in the product sold by Schulte Industries, the subject of this warranty ("the goods") during the
warranty period mentioned below the manufacturer will provide the coverage specified below.
This warranty is in place of any other warranty or guarantee whether implied or expressed in any conditions of
purchase of the buyer, and does not extend to impose any further liability on the manufacturer than set out below.
THIS WARRANY POLICY APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING SCHULTE PRODUCT:
• Rotary Cutters and Flex Arms including XH1500, XH1000, FX1800, FX1200, V1280, FX315, FX520, 5026,
FX530, FX742, FLX1510 as well as 326, 327, 3008, 3210 Rotary Cutters.
• Rock Pickers including RS320 Jumbo, 2500 Giant, and High Rise 8000.
• Rock Windrowers including SRW 800, SMR 800 and SRW 1400.
• All Snow Removal Models including all SDX and RDX Series Blowers, FM300, and FM350 Front Mount
Frames, as well as SV10, SV12, and SV14 Blades.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
• Structural Warranty is 12 months on all products. Coverage includes parts and labor on repair.
• Component and Driveline warranty is 12 months on all products except those in rental application.
Coverage includes parts and labor on repair.
• For any product in a rental application, component and driveline warranty is for 30 days. The warranty
coverage starts on the day the product is purchased. Coverage includes parts and labor on repair.
Where legislation allows:
• The dealer is responsible for any labor charges exceeding a reasonable amount as determined by the
manufacturer.
• The customer is responsible for the transportation costs of the product or parts to the dealer for repair.
CONDITIONAL COVERAGE
All warranty is conditional upon:
• Care, Maintenance and Operation in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and
recommendations (as set out, or referred to in the "Manual") supplied for the goods.
• Submitting the Warranty Registration immediately upon sale of the product.
• Submitting the Manufacturer's Warranty Claim within thirty (30) days of the repair.
• Examination of the goods by the manufacturer or one of its agents when requested by the manufacturer to
verify that the goods are defective in material or workmanship.
