Periodically inspect all moving parts for wear and replace when
necessary with authorized service parts. Look for loose fasteners, worn
or broken parts, and leaky or loose fittings. Make sure all pins have
cotter pins and washers. Serious injury may occur from not maintaining
this machine in good working order.

good and safe working condition. Damaged and/or broken parts should be repaired and/or replaced
immediately. To ensure the implement is ready for operation, conduct the following.
•
Inspect windrower teeth for excessive wear and damage. The teeth should not be bent or crooked and all
welds should be intact.
•
The teeth are made from high strength abrasion resistant 450BHN steel which provides superior wear
resistance. However, under certain operating conditions, some wear is to be expected.
•
Hydraulic motor is in good condition and free of damage.
