Possible problem
The washing machine is
not working.
No water is coming in the
washing machine.
Water does not drain.
Can not open the door.
Spinning does not start.
The door is not closed.
Alarm signal sounds.
What to do
• Check the power status.
• Make sure that the washing machine has not been
switched off automatically due to water leakage.
• Open the water tap.
• Check the inlet hose.
• Clean the fi lters of the inlet hose.
• Clean the fi lter of the inlet valve.
• Check the drain hose.
• Clean the pump fi lter.
• Distribute the laundry evenly.
The water temperature is too high, wait until the water
cools down.
After completing the program, the door is blocked against
opening for safety reasons for a short period of time, wait.
• Make sure the washing machine is stable in place.
• Make sure that the washing machine is not overloaded.
If yes, remove part of the laundry load.
• There could be tangled laundry. Add about 2 suitable
laundry pieces and press
Close the door and push it a little if necessary, the door
lock indicator light must come on. Then continue washing
by pressing (Start/Pause).
• Press the (Start/Pause) button and try to start the
selected program again.
• If the problem persists, close the water supply,
disconnect the appliance from the socket, and contact
the nearest authorized service.
