Chapter 3: Cabling and Configuration
This chapter provides details of how to connect the RAIDStation7 Fibre Channel
Storage Array to the host system and how to set the shelf IDs. This chapter does
not provide information relating to the connectors on the host system. For this
information refer to your Adaptec controller's users manual.
CAUTION: Static electricity can cause damage to both the host system and
the RAIDStation7 Fibre Channel Storage Array. Please observe anti-static
precautions when connecting and configuring your system.
