Connecting a Receiver
1 Connect the DC cable, supplied with the receiver, between the receiver's rear-
panel DC IN connector and a PROBE POWER jack.
You'll find PROBE POWER jacks on the following products:
• Agilent 8702A/B/D lightwave component analyzer
• Agilent 11899A probe power supply
2 Locate the SMA RF cable supplied with the receiver.
3 Use adapters to connect the SMA RF cable between the Agilent 8702's RF port
and the receiver's rear-panel RF OUT connector.
4 Connect a fiber-optic cable or device to the receiver's OPTICAL INPUT connector.
