Light and visibility
The inside rearview mirror and the outside mir‐
ror on the driver's side will automatically go into
anti-glare mode if light from a headlamp hits the
sensor on the inside rearview mirror.
System limits
The system will not go into anti-glare mode if:
The engine is switched off.
R
Reverse gear is engaged.
R
The interior lighting is switched on.
R
Front-passenger outside mirror parking posi‐
tion function
The parking position makes parking easier.
The front-passenger outside mirror will swivel
downwards in the direction of the rear wheel on
the front passenger's side when:
The parking position is stored (

The front-passenger mirror is selected.
R
Reverse gear is engaged.
R
The front-passenger outside mirror will move
back to its original position when:
You shift the transmission to another trans‐

mission position.
You are traveling at a speed greater than
