The ArgentOffice product range is the first of a new generation of networking systems. It
is designed to integrate both computer and telephony requirements for the small office.
This is achieved by fully utilising:
Speed and comprehensive feature set offered by ISDN.
Facilities offered by Microsoft Windows95, Windows98, Windows 2000 and
Microsoft Windows NT4.
Features provided by standard Caller Display telephones or Caller Display units.
All of these can be used with the ArgentOffice range of products to provide a fully
integrated voice and data system with features otherwise only available on expensive call
centre systems.
The ArgentOffice will enhance your communications by bringing voice and data
integration to your desktop, provide you with a range of systems designed to make you
more effective and allow you to enjoy the fruits of your consequent success.
This Reference Manual provides technical information on the ArgentOffice product
range, including; Approval Statements, Safety Declarations, Port Labelling and Pin-Out
Information, Cable Specifications and Technical Specifications.
For configuration information and an overview of the advanced features available on the
ArgentOffice product range, please refer to the Help Text files on the accompanying
Alchemy Installation Wizard CD. This is designed to make installation and configuration
of your ArgentOffice as simple as possible.
