Installation
The angle trim strip closes the gap between the hood body
and the wall. If necessary, align the dimensions of the angle
trim strip with the installation situation.
y The length is suitable for a side wall thickness of 16 mm.
With a side wall thickness of 19 mm, the angle trim strip
must be shortened by 6 mm (2x3 mm). With other side
wall thicknesses, the angle trim strip must be shortened
accordingly.
y If a niche back panel is used, it is necessary to consider
the thickness of the niche back panel.
☞ Make sure that the dimensions of the angle trim strip
match with the installation situation.
Cabinet depth 311 - 350 mm
The width of the angle trim strip (gap between the hood and
wall) corresponds with the cabinet depth minus 308 mm.
☞ Cut the angle trim strip to the correct width.
☞ Place the angle trim strip in the retaining clips on the
hood body.
Cover strip (optional)
With the following variants, a cover strip with associated
retaining clips is additionally required:
y BEH 90 FLU – with installation in cabinets with side
shelves
☞ Cut the cover strip to the correct width.
☞ Screw the retaining clips to the device.
☞ Fit the cover strip from the front.

Cabinet depth 300 - 310 mm
The height of the angle trim strip corresponds with the
cabinet depth minus 286 mm.
☞ Cut the angle trim strip to the correct height.
☞ Screw the retaining clips of the angle trim strip to the
hood body at the front.
☞ Place the angle trim strip in the retaining clips on the
hood body.
The following applies with all cabinet depths:
y The angle trim strip must be detachable at all times for
maintenance purposes.
y The area behind the front must be accessible for a filter
change at all times (e.g. by means of a detachable cover).
