Clear latch

Advantech I/O set latch clear node
1. Add the clear latch node in Node-RED.
2. Fill in the settings.
Enter the channel number.
3. Node input.
Write msg.payload to single channel.
Send clear string to this node to clear latch.
4. Node output.
It then outputs msg.error as the error status.
