z When calling to a land-line phone: 010▶country code

y As for the other parties' mobile phone numbers and
area codes (city codes) that begin with "0", omit the
first "0" when entering (except some countries or
regions such as Italy).
y Alternatively, enter "009130-010" as usual or "+"
instead of "010".
