3.5.4 Adapter insert (IBox 01)
The adapter insert (fig. 3, item 6) includes all currently
known options for establishing communications with
the diagnostic connectors. The adapter insert can
be changed quickly and without tools so that future
expansions of communication protocols can be adapted
in a flexible way.
