Ensure that you calibrate the spreader before you start using it.

To ensure uniform application, broadcast the material in an overlapping pattern as shown in

The highest amount of material will dispense from the front of the hopper and less material from each
side. You can adjust the distribution pattern to achieve the desired results.

Watch for changes in the distribution pattern; unequal distribution may lead to striping.
