Chapter 12 - Programming for Aastra X

12.1 Introduction

The DECT service programming steps are described for Aastra X series PBXs. They remain
similar to the R4.2 environment for the NeXspan range.
This programming can be carried out from the " AMP " (Aastra Management Portal) web
operating interface.
For details about menus and parameter definitions, refer to the document Aastra Management
Portal AXD - AXL - AXS - AXS12 - AXS6- Aastra 5000 Server – Operating manual (AMT/PTD/
PBX/0080).
Note: It is essential to follow the programming order given.

DEACTIVATE THE REGISTRATION AUTHORISATION FOR THESE HANDSETS ON THE
