ESEMPIO: Si supponga di voler ricavare la prevalenza utile della pompa
su un gruppo frigorifero MEA/K/SP 51 alle condizioni nominali (acqua
refrigerata da 12 a 7 °C, temperatura di condensazione 50 °C):
Resa frigorifera: 12,1 kW;
Portata acqua : (12,1x860/5/3600)=0,58 l/s;
Prevalenza totale pompa: 211 kPa;
Perdite di carico circuito idraulico unità: 31 kPa;
Prevalenza utile pompa : 211 - 31 = 180 kPa.
BERECHNUNG DER EXTERNEN STATISCHEN
PRESSUNG DER UMLAUFPUMPE
BEISPIEL: Man nimmt an, man will die externe statische Pressung der Pumpe
in einen Kaltwassersatz MEA/K/SP 51 unter den Nennbedingungen (Kaltwasser
von 12 bis 7 °C, Verflussigungstemperatur 50°C) berechnen:
Kälteleistung: 12,1 kW;
Wasserdurchfluß : (12,1x860/5/3600)=0,58 l/s;
Total Pressung der Pumpe: 211 kPa;
Einheit Druckverluste des hydraulischen Kreislaufs: 31 kPa;
Max. externe Pressung der Pumpe : 211 - 31 = 180 kPa.

EXAMPLE: The available pump head pressure can be obtained as
follows, considering a MEA/K/SP 51 PS at the nominal conditions (chilled
water from 12 to 7 °C, condensing temperature 50 °C):
Cooling capacity: 12,1 kW;
Water flow : (12,1x860/5/3600)=0,58 l/s;
Pump total head pressure: 211 kPa;
Unit hydraulic circuit pressure drops: 31 kPa;
Available pump head pressure: 211 - 31 = 180 kPa.
CALCUL DE LA PRESSION DISPONIBLE DE LA
POMPE DE CIRCULATION
EXEMPLE: On suppose vouloir déterminer la pression disponible de
la pompe à eau sur unité MEA/K/SP 51 aux conditions nominales (eau
glacée de 12 à 7 °C, temperature de condensation 50°C):
Puissance frigorifique: 12,1 kW;
Débit d'eau : (12,1x860/5/3600)=0,58 l/s;
Pression totale pompe: 211 kPa;
Pertes de charge circuit hydraulique pour le group: 31 kPa;
Pression disponible pompe: 211 - 31 = 180 kPa.
