Handling Procedure
1. Replace power supply;
2. Replace battery.

2.4.15 403 PP voltage abnormal

cleared when the voltage becomes normal.

Effect on the System
The power supply of the board is affected, and the board cannot bear any service.
Possible Causes
l
When the PP voltage reported by the PM board exceeds the upper threshold, it is
over-voltage, and the voltage will be restored when the voltage is lower than the upper
threshold.
l
When the PP voltage reported by the PM board is lower than the lower threshold, it
is under-voltage, and the voltage will be restored when the voltage exceeds the lower
threshold.
Handling Procedure
Replace the PM board.

2.4.16 404 MP overcurrented

l Alarm Information: This alarm is reported when the MP current is out of range and
cleared when the current becomes normal.
