Effect on the System
The conversation connection setup fails, and the opposite-end master clock source of the
conversation cannot be taken as the current synchronization master clock source.
Possible Causes
The PTP configuration is incorrect or the network is abnormal.
Handling Procedure
1. Ensure that the slave device configurations such as the destination address and PTP
configuration.
2. Check whether the PTP configuration of the slave device and master device are
correct.

If yes, go to step 2.

If no, modify the PTP configuration, such as the destination address and VLAN
information.
3. Check the network connections between the slave device and the master device.
