l Sub-code 4: The standby software package is incorrect

Sub-code 5: The running patch package of standby software package is incorrect
l
Sub-code 13: The firmware package is incorrect

Sub-code 14: The hot patch package is incorrect
Effect on the System
1. If the running software package or the running software package's running patch is
abnormal, it might cause that the corresponding board cannot be powered on properly
after being reset.
2. The software package containing abnormal version files cannot be activated or
switched.
3. Service Impact:
l
If the running software package or the running software package's running patch
is abnormal, the services will be affected after the board is reset. How much the
services are affected depends on the service importance.

If it is other software package that is abnormal, the service will not be affected.
Possible Causes
If the software version consistency check indicates that the version in software package
does not exist on the disk or is damaged, this alarm is reported.
Handling Procedure
Re-download the software version pacakge.
